| We Dama Services Ltd, Odesey International Ltd and Heritage Associates Ltd working as a consortium have been appointed by Ministry of Education to design and supervise, the construction of classrooms and laboratories under Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEQIP PROJECT) .
We are therefore seeking qualified and competent candidates who meet the minimum qualifications outlined below to fill the position described above to support our existing pool of personnel. Qualifications of Architectural services-30 Positions The applicant should possess any of the following qualification. · Bachelor Degree in Architecture, · Higher Diploma in Architecture · Diploma in architecture with 5 years Experience · EIA/Social qualification will be an added advantage. Qualifications of Quantity Surveying services-30 Positions The applicant should possess any of the following qualification. · Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, · Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying · Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 5 years Experience · EIA/Social qualification will be an added advantage. Qualifications of Civil & Structural Services-30 Positions The applicant should possess any of the following qualification. · Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building & Construction Management · Higher Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building & Construction Management. · Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building & Construction Management with 5 years Experience · EIA/Social qualification will be an added advantage. Qualifications of Mechanical & Electrical Services-30 Positions The applicant should possess any of the following qualification. · Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering · Higher Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering · Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5 years Experience · EIA/Social qualification will be an added advantage. Qualifications of Environmental Impact Assessment Experts & Sociologists-30 Positions The applicant for this position should possess any of the following qualification. · Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science /Studies/Management · Higher Diploma in Environmental Science /Studies/Management · Diploma in Environmental Science /Studies/Management with 5 years Experience & · Bachelor Degree in Sociology/Social-Psychology/Community Development studies · Higher Diploma in Sociology /Social-Psychology/Community Development studies · Diploma in Sociology/ Social-Psychology/Community Development studies with 5 years Experience
N/B: Any applicant with both EIA & Social qualification will have an added advantage. Other Information · Salary will range between a gross of kshs 70,000-80,000 inclusive of taxes, airtime and accommodation subject to Statutory Deductions. · A Valid Driving License & Driving Experience will be an added advantage · Transport to and from the sites shall be provided. · A contract of 3-6 months shall be awarded to the successful candidates with a possibility of extension · Each applicant is required to choose and indicate a maximum of 2 Lots/Counties from the list provided which he/she would wish to be posted in order of preference.
